Centri cleaners is designed and manufactured from high quality SS 304 & 316 sheets for highly efficient removal of light particles such as sand, bark and shives, The design and finishing has proved a high cleaning efficiency. The Centricleaner is also polished from inside for high cleaning efficiency and outside for better finish and good look, The quality and workmanship pays off in unbeatable long term performance and life. The Centricleaner is provided in different capacities as per the choice of the users. The normal capacities available is from 300 lpm to 1500 lpm.

There should be pressure diffrence of minimum 1.5 kg and consistency should be in between .7 to 1.2% and orifice of bottle should not touch the level of tank. The hole of reject should not be more than 10 m.m.

Elutration

Elutration Unit made out of SS304 or SS316 with toughned glass with fresh water or back water tangential entry to wash back the usable fiber. And thus removing the debris and heavy and light sand in the reject outlet which again can be controlled by steel ball valve.

The important thing that inlet water pressure should be more then half K.G. of pulp slurry in let pressure of the centricleaner bottel in the last stage. So that valueable fiber can be saved.

The transparent thoughned pyrex galss is fitted with teflon sheet packing at top and bottom. the only fine and rough sand is drained out by centrifugal forces.
