Ashu Engineers, Saharanpur has come out with a most advanced design of screens for grading of fine, wet and difficult to screen materials. The screen works on the principle of gyratory motion using low powered motor.

The unique features of this type of sieve is it'shigh capacity using minimum space. The screen has specially designed bi-directional vibrations which prevent blinding of sieves. The material to be screened is feed from the top & collected simultaneously from outlets of different decks. These screens can handle wide range of materials such as heavy, dry, wet coarse or fine. We manufactures various sizes to suit individual requirements in M.S. and S.S. construction.

Ashu Engineers vibro-screen incorporates the advanced technology in screen design. The multiple mechanical vibrations are obtained by special motor with shaft extended on both sideshaving eccentric adjustable weights. The motor is mounted in vertical plane. The complete assembly of screen frames and motor rest on a rigid circular base through a set ofcoil springs which allows the system to vibrate freely in multi direction. While the upper eccentric weights on motor imparts horizontal motion.The lower eccentric weight adds to vibrations in vertical plane. The net result is high screening efficiency. The flow pattern of the powder on the screen surface is controlled by varying the position of bottom eccentric weight.

• REPLACEMENTS OF SCREEN FRAME SAMPLE :
  
  Replacing or adding of extra deck and screen frame is simple operation. Even lower deck could be changed without disturbing the upper decks.
