Low Vacuume box is a made of materials SS304. It is fixed to beams on stands enabling its height adjustment with respect to foils wear and tear.

It is equipped with 5 - 7 foils with wide of 65 mm. The foils scraping angle is ranging from 2° to 3°. These foils can be made of polyethylene or ceramics. All the foils are fixed on the box by means of T-shaped grooving. The own underpressure in the box is made by a fan and it usually ranges from 0 to 4 kPa. Underpressure value can be regulated by a suction valve. The suction zone width profile can be regulated by sliding gates.



Machine design and work safety are in compliance with  TAPPI STANDARD.
